Q: Do you collect sales tax?
A: 6.25% sales tax is applicable to residents of the state of Illinois.

Q: Do you take orders over the telephone?
A: Unfortunately Stamps and Smiles is not set up to take orders by phone, fax or mail. All orders must go through our online shopping cart.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

Q: Are you an Angel Company?
A: We are happy to be an angel company. We grant permission to make and sell your creations made with our stamps as long as they are hand-stamped by the selling artist. Photocopying, mechanical and computerized reproduction is prohibited. All Stamps and Smiles images are copyrighted.
