We ship orders Monday through Friday, except on US Postal Holidays. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days of when they are placed. We ship orders through this website to addresses within the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, Sweden and the United Kingdom. For stamp orders from other countries, please see chart blow.
If your total before shipping (after any applicable discounts) is over $50, shipping to the US & Canada is FREE. Rates are automatically applied in the shopping cart.

All international packages will be marked as commercial merchandise and shipped via USPS mail. You are responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be related to the delivery of your purchase. Due to increased security at customs, First Class mail to Canada usually takes between 2 - 3 weeks.
We will ship our photopolymer stamps internationally, but no other products. All orders outside the US or Canada are shipped in a Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope (12.5" x 9.5"). The envelope will hold 10 - 12 sets. Shipping fees are $13.00. Delivery times vary greatly by country. If your order does not fit in the flat rate envelope, we will inform you of any additional shipping charges prior to invoicing you.
If you would like to place an order, and are not from Australia, Germany, New Zealand, Sweden, or the United Kingdom, please email us at customerservice@stampsandsmilesstamps.com. Include your name, shipping address, phone number, email address for PayPal invoice and the names of the stamp sets you would like to order. We will then email an order invoice with your total, which you can pay online with either PayPal or a major credit card. All international packages will be marked as commercial merchandise. You are responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be related to the delivery of your purchase.
In the event something is wrong with your order, please contact us at customerservice@stampsandsmilesstamps.com so we can correct it. Refunds are available for 30 days from purchase date as long as the item is returned in its original condition. Once the item is returned, we will process a refund for the purchase price of your items. We do not refund shipping charges related to you purchase.
We cannot accept cancellations or additions to your order after it has been placed. Please review your order for accuracy before completing the checkout process.
